Key Responsibilities

• Conduct individualized teletherapy sessions with clients using our secure online platform.
• Assess client needs through comprehensive evaluations and develop personalized treatment plans focusing on clinical goals and family dynamics.
• Regularly monitor client progress and adapt treatment approaches based on feedback and outcomes.
• Maintain meticulous and confidential client records through our Electronic Health Record (EHR) system.
• Collaborate with other mental health professionals and healthcare providers, ensuring a multidisciplinary approach to treatment when necessary.
• Uphold legal and ethical standards while providing therapy services, including maintaining client confidentiality and adhering to HIPAA regulations.

Patient Population / Client Focus

This position primarily focuses on couples and families facing a wide array of psychological and relational challenges. Our clients come from diverse backgrounds, and we pride ourselves on the ability to understand their unique dynamics and cultural contexts. You'll work with clients experiencing marital discord, parenting issues, mental health concerns, and life transitions, offering them effective strategies for improvement and healing.

Qualifications

• Active state licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) with relevant qualifications.
• Bachelor's degree in counseling, social work, psychology, or a related field—Master's degree preferred.
• Proven experience in delivering individual and family therapy within a clinical setting.
• Strong ability to conduct assessments and develop strategic treatment plans tailored to individual needs.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, enabling clear and empathetic engagement with clients.
• Comfortable utilizing technology for virtual therapy sessions and digital record-keeping.

Preferred Experience

• Experience with online therapy platforms and digital tools for client engagement.
• Keen understanding of systemic therapy models and their application in real-life client situations.
• Background in crisis intervention and experience working with diverse populations.
• Experience in a community health setting will be considered an asset.

Compensation and Benefits
