Key Responsibilities

As a Licensed Professional Counselor, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Conducting virtual therapy sessions for pre-screened, low-acuity clients, ensuring a welcoming and therapeutic environment.
• Developing and implementing personalized, evidence-based treatment plans that consider the unique needs and goals of each client.
• Monitoring client progress through regular assessments and maintaining thorough, accurate documentation in compliance with best practices and regulations.
• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, including psychologists, social workers, and psychiatrists, to provide holistic care and seamless client transitions.
• Engaging in ongoing professional development by participating in team meetings and continuing education opportunities.

Patient Population / Client Focus

This position primarily supports individuals and families facing various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, and emotional distress. Our clients are typically from diverse backgrounds, seeking support through telehealth services that remove barriers to access. Qualifications

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
• Active licensure as an LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or a PsyD in the state of Tennessee.
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with clients and team members.
• Proficient computer skills with familiarity in using Google Suite and Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems, essential for effective documentation and communication.

Preferred Experience

• A minimum of two years of clinical experience providing mental health counseling, with a focus on telehealth services.
• Experience using evidence-based therapeutic techniques and approaches to address a variety of client needs.

Compensation and Benefits
