This is a full-time remote position with the convenience of working from home, while also having access to our outpatient office for client meetings and collaborative sessions as needed. The position offers regular business hours with occasional evening shifts, allowing for flexibility in scheduling and ensuring comprehensive mental health coverage for our clients. • Conduct detailed assessments and evaluations to identify mental health needs, crafting individualized treatment plans that reflect the unique circumstances of each client.
• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic models such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and others to deliver impactful therapy services to individuals, couples, and groups.
• Collaboratively engage with psychiatrists, case managers, and other healthcare providers to ensure an integrated approach to each client’s care plan, fostering a comprehensive treatment environment.
• Provide compassionate crisis intervention, equipping clients with coping mechanisms and support during acute mental health challenges.
• Participate in community outreach initiatives aimed at raising mental health awareness, reducing stigma, and promoting preventive care strategies.

Our diverse clientele includes individuals from various ethnic, cultural, and socioeconomic backgrounds. You will work with clients facing a multitude of challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. This role allows you to contribute to the improvement of mental health outcomes in the community, tailoring your therapeutic approaches to align with the specific needs of each individual.

• Possess an active and independent license as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or a Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A master’s degree or a doctorate in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.
• Exhibit outstanding communication skills and an ability to forge therapeutic relationships with clients from diverse backgrounds.
• Demonstrate cultural competence and sensitivity, essential for effectively engaging with clients from various demographics.
• Show excellent organizational abilities and time-management skills to ensure accurate and timely client documentation and follow-up.

• Experience working in a community mental health setting, particularly with clients managing chronic mental health conditions.
• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems to streamline client management and documentation processes.
• Training or certification in specific therapeutic modalities will be beneficial.

The salary range for this position is competitive, offering between USD 70,000 and 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and professional qualifications. In addition, we offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
