We are seeking a dedicated and empathetic Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) to join our innovative mental health team at the Correctional Behavioral Health Care Clinic located in Glendale, Arizona. Work Environment

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough evaluations to diagnose mental health conditions and collaboratively create tailored treatment plans for clients.
  • Document all clinical sessions meticulously, ensuring compliance with company policy through detailed case notes and treatment plan reviews.
  • Maintain a client caseload of 25-30 visits per week, managing the diverse needs of clients while providing high-quality therapeutic interventions.
  • Utilize innovative and creative therapeutic techniques to foster personal growth and achievement of client goals.
  • Collaborate with case managers, family members, and other service providers to ensure comprehensive support for clients.
  • Engage meaningfully with clients by providing exceptional customer service throughout their therapeutic journey.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Our therapists work with a broad range of clients, including children, adolescents, couples, and families, many of whom are navigating mental health challenges related to trauma, emotional disturbances, or situational stressors. You will play a vital role in helping clients overcome addiction and other behavioral health issues, leveraging your expertise to foster resilience and positive outcomes.

Qualifications
  • Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited institution is required.
  • Must possess a current and active state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, essential for effective interaction with clients and documentation practices.
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain appropriate professional boundaries with clients.
  • Capacity to work with a diverse client base, showcasing cultural competence and sensitivity.
  • Willingness and ability to pass a thorough background check as part of the hiring process.
