As a member of our clinical team, you will work in a fully remote capacity, allowing you to provide care from a comfortable setting while still making a tangible impact on patient lives. • Conduct comprehensive intake assessments to analyze client needs and develop tailored treatment plans, ensuring that each patient receives personalized care.
• Utilize the current Diagnostic and Statistical Manual (DSM) of Mental Disorders to accurately identify problems and facilitate effective treatment interventions.
• Maintain a thorough understanding of human development principles and employ diverse counseling strategies to address wellness, personal growth, and high-risk behaviors.
• Implement various counseling techniques for individuals, families, and groups, fostering sensitivity to cultural differences and promoting inclusivity during sessions.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to enhance understanding of clients’ relational and intrapersonal functioning, focusing on strategies that yield positive outcomes.
• Utilize Telehealth platforms and other software applications for real-time data management, ensuring timely and accurate clinical documentation.
