This position is designed to be performed remotely, enabling our counselors to balance their professional responsibilities with personal commitments effectively. Our outpatient setting allows counselors to engage with clients in a flexible manner, utilizing technology to conduct therapy sessions, conduct assessments, and support client progress from a distance. • Conduct comprehensive assessments to accurately identify and evaluate clients’ mental health needs and establish their treatment goals.
• Provide individual therapy sessions using a variety of evidence-based interventions tailored to community standards and each client's unique concerns.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans in collaboration with clients, ensuring they understand their diagnosis and treatment options.
• Respond to clients in crisis by providing immediate support, employing crisis intervention strategies to ensure their safety and well-being.
• Educate clients and their families about mental health conditions, coping mechanisms, and the resources available within the community.
• Maintain thorough, accurate, and confidential client records in compliance with all ethical and legal standards, including assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes.
• Uphold ethical practices in accordance with state regulations and guidelines governing counseling and mental health professions.
• Demonstrate cultural competence by sensitively addressing the diverse backgrounds of clients, ensuring accessibility and respect for individual differences.

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field from an accredited institution.
• Active state licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) or equivalent certification.

• Strong clinical skills in assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning.

This position comes with an attractive annual salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000, reflecting our commitment to providing competitive compensation for skilled professionals.
