This remote position allows you to maintain a healthy work-life balance while still giving your best in an impactful healthcare role. Our Hospice Center specializes in providing comprehensive mental health services, addressing the unique needs of clients facing terminal illnesses or significant life changes. You will collaborate with a skilled and dedicated multidisciplinary team that includes doctors, nurses, and social workers, all working towards a common goal of holistic patient care.

Key Responsibilities

  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development, staying abreast of the latest research and advancements in mental health therapies.
Patient Population / Client Focus

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in our Hospice Center, you will primarily work with clients who are coping with the emotional challenges associated with terminal diagnoses, chronic illness management, and end-of-life transitions. Your expertise in trauma, anxiety, and depression will be invaluable as you support clients and their families through these difficult times. Providing culturally sensitive care that respects diverse backgrounds is paramount in our approach.

Qualifications
  • A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
  • Valid and active Licensed Mental Health Therapist (LMSW) license in the state of Nevada.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively connect with clients and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams.
  • Demonstrated ability to solve problems and handle challenging situations with empathy and professionalism.
Preferred Experience

While we require a minimum of two years of direct clinical social work experience, candidates with additional experience in hospice or palliative care settings will be preferred. Familiarity with trauma-informed care practices and crisis intervention methodologies will further strengthen your application.

We offer a competitive salary package ranging from $80,000 to $100,000, commensurate with experience, along with performance-based bonuses. In addition to a competitive salary, our comprehensive benefits package includes:

  • Medical, dental, and vision insurance to promote your well-being.
