  • Handle policy changes, endorsements, and renewals within same day
  • Respond to billing inquiries and coverage questions
  • Maintain client files, documentation, and follow-up tasks
  • Provide day-to-day support to commercial clients
  • Identify opportunities to cross-sell additional coverages to existing clients



Requirements
  • Prior experience in commercial insurance (required)
  • Active Property & Casualty License (required)
  • Strong attention to detail and compliance
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Organized and proactive mindset
  • Must register P&C license in California and Texas
