Allegiance Behavioral Health LLC is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Mental Health Therapist, holding licensure as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW, to join our team in providing exceptional mental health services. This full-time remote position offers a salary range of USD 100,000 to 105,000 annually, depending on experience and caseload. Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct intake assessments to gather comprehensive information about clients’ backgrounds, mental health history, and treatment goals.
  • Deliver individual, couples, family, and group therapy sessions using evidence-based practices tailored to the unique needs of each client.
  • Utilize a range of therapeutic modalities to support clients, such as CBT, DBT, and mindfulness-based approaches.
  • Develop personalized treatment plans that incorporate measurable objectives and clearly defined interventions.
  • Record and manage treatment interventions and client progress in our secure electronic health record (EHR) system, maintaining compliance with HIPAA regulations.
  • Work closely with interdisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists and social workers, to ensure collaborative and coordinated care.
  • Participate in regular peer supervision sessions to encourage professional growth and share best practices with fellow team members.
Patient Population / Client Focus

This role involves working with diverse populations, including children, adolescents, adults, and families grappling with a variety of mental health challenges, such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Qualifications
  • A Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is mandatory.
