As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist at Elevated Mind Psychotherapy:

• You will conduct individual, couples, and family therapy sessions, focusing on helping clients develop strategies to cope with everyday challenges and improve their relationships.
• Utilize comprehensive assessment tools to evaluate clients' needs and formulate personalized treatment plans that align with their goals.
• Apply various therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), to enhance client engagement.
• Collaborate with colleagues during team meetings by discussing treatment strategies, challenging cases, and innovative therapeutic techniques to refine your practice.
• Maintain timely and accurate documentation of client progress and treatment outcomes in compliance with HIPAA regulations.

Your expertise will serve a diverse client population, including individuals facing anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship conflicts, and behavioral issues. The ability to work with varied demographics—from young adults to seniors—will be crucial in understanding and addressing their unique needs and challenges.

To excel in this role, you must have:

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.
• You must hold a current, valid licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills that foster a trusting therapeutic alliance with clients.
• A commitment to ongoing professional development to stay abreast of the latest therapeutic techniques and ethical practices.

Ideal candidates will have experience working with diverse populations and presenting issues, as well as familiarity with teletherapy platforms. Experience in conducting group therapy sessions or workshops may be advantageous but is not required.
