What are some common challenges faced by full time remote call center employees, and how can they be managed?

Full-time remote call center employees often face challenges such as maintaining focus in a home environment, managing high call volumes, and preventing feelings of isolation. Many companies also offer regular team meetings and virtual check-ins to ensure employees stay connected and supported.
