• Provide clinical assessments and treatment to clients dealing with symptoms of major mental illness or severe emotional disorders, employing evidence-based practices tailored to individual needs.
• Engage collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement comprehensive care plans that address the holistic needs of each client.
• Conduct brief screenings followed by detailed assessments when necessary, ensuring that all evaluations are developmentally appropriate and culturally sensitive.
• Create, implement, and monitor integrated treatment plans while facilitating communication among clients, their families, and other health care providers.
• Crisis intervention management, providing immediate support and intervention techniques as required by specific client situations.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of all clinical encounters, progress notes, and referrals, ensuring compliance with ethical and organizational standards.
• Participate actively in team meetings and case reviews, focusing on continuous quality improvement in service delivery.
• On-call coverage may be assigned, requiring availability during and after program hours.
• Engage in community outreach and educational efforts to promote mental health awareness within local populations.

The licensed clinical social worker will engage with a diverse clientele comprising individuals from various cultural and socioeconomic backgrounds. Our clients often experience significant barriers related to their mental health, including limited access to resources and stigma surrounding mental illness. Your role will be pivotal in providing empathetic support and practical solutions tailored to the unique life circumstances of each individual.

• A Master’s degree in social work from an accredited program.
• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in California.
• Expert understanding of assessment, diagnosis, and treatment frameworks relevant to mental health.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication capabilities, necessary for effective client interaction and documentation.
• Proficient organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple cases efficiently.
• A deep commitment to ethical practice and adherence to confidentiality protocols.

• A minimum of two years of clinical experience in a mental health setting.
• Experience working with diverse populations and an understanding of the unique challenges they face related to mental health.
• Familiarity with various therapeutic modalities and techniques suited for individual, group, and family therapy.

The salary range for this position is between USD 70,000 and 85,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
