This role provides the flexibility of a remote work setting, allowing you to connect with clients through virtual platforms. While primarily remote, participation in occasional in-person meetings and trainings at our Elko location may be required. Your schedule will be adaptable, enabling you to work evenings and weekends when necessary to provide clients with the support they need, effectively balancing work-life commitments.

• Conduct in-depth psychosocial assessments to evaluate clients’ mental health needs, identifying strengths and available resources.
• Provide therapeutic interventions through individual, family, and group therapy sessions, employing evidence-based practices such as cognitive-behavioral therapy and trauma-informed care.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of treatment plans, progress notes, and assessments, ensuring compliance with ethical standards and legal regulations.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including psychiatrists, psychologists, and other social workers, ensuring coordinated care tailored to each client's unique situation.
• Facilitate group therapy sessions and psychoeducational workshops, supporting clients in developing coping strategies and social skills.
• Engage in crisis intervention, conducting risk assessments, and implementing safety plans to address immediate client needs.
• Actively participate in regular team meetings and case reviews, providing insights and recommendations to enhance client care.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Nevada.

The salary for this position ranges from $60,000 to $100,000 annually, supplemented by a competitive sign-on bonus.
