Job description

Event Logistics uses event visibility tools and a strong vendor network to support and expand departmental events and initiatives across Red Bull North America. As specialists, we safeguard Red Bull North America and its brand assets while working closely with marketing and sales teams to advise, equip, and improve operational solutions and efficiency.
In this role, you will manage and own contracts with a regional network of vendor partners who handle all aspects of execution, including inventory, warehousing, maintenance, transportation, and labor. This position offers an exciting opportunity to play a key role where Red Bull's marketing focus meets operational delivery.
You will work across regional markets and major business areas while shaping and improving your department's processes. Your efforts will help drive consistency, scalability, and impact throughout the organization.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Areas that play to your strengths
All the responsibilities we'll trust you with:
  • B2B PARTNER MANAGEMENT
Lead and develop the vendor network to secure the best partners by assessing market needs, warehouse capacity, financial impact, and performance; manage vendor selection, RFPs, contract negotiations, and onboarding.
Coach and empower the vendor network to properly manage overall operations, roles, and responsibilities, including processes, manuals, space optimization, asset quality control and maintenance, storage, deliveries, tracking, and business enterprise software tools, ensuring that RBNA Event Logistics standards are met.
Establish local vendor partners as regional points of contact both internally and externally, ensuring smooth relationships and integration with key stakeholders, and effective collaboration across regional, national, and global objectives.
Maintain and document Red Bull standards, expectations, and evaluations through ongoing market visits, including audits, photographs, scorecards, analytics, feedback, and meetings/trainings with key stakeholders.
  • DRIVE BUSINESS INITIATIVES
Proactively run reports, analyze data, and evaluate the local vendor landscape, local needs, and cost relative to event volume to ensure that market-level resources and coverage are optimized.
Collaborate with regional partners by providing leadership with executive-ready insights on marketing operations performance, including the state of the business, key achievements, emerging risks, and opportunities for improvement.
Build strong relationships with vendor partners and internal stakeholders, and establish aligned, effective ways of working that support a true partnership.
Own and track local point-of-sale (POS) needs by market across the entire region through data analysis, internal and external feedback, monthly ordering and tracking, and strategic annual business planning.
Partner with Legal and Risk teams to identify, assess, and mitigate legal, financial, and operational risks through proactive planning and compliance oversight; proactively manage, track, and maintain all vendor partner master services agreements and insurance policies.
Manage and reconcile vendor partner invoices to ensure timely payment by actively requesting missing invoices, ensuring appropriate budget codes are used, and tracking in accordance with event logistics department standards.

EXPERIENCE
