General Information:

Job title: UW Specialty Scheduler/Receptionist

Schedules Available: Full-time 80 hours per pay period; Monday-Friday 8:00 am - 4:30 pm

Weekend rotation: No weekends

Holiday rotation: No holidays

Position Summary:

The Scheduler/Receptionist position checks patients in and out for office visits, schedules appointments, completes referrals, takes incoming calls, makes outgoing calls, scans documents, and performs other administrative and customer service duties to keep the office running smoothly.

Position Responsibilities:
