Description
Brivo is hiring Software Engineers to join our Engineering organization across two high-impact teams: Video (our global cloud video surveillance platform) and Access (the backend and cloud services powering Brivo's physical security platform). This posting is your gateway to either team - during the interview process, we'll work with you to find the best fit based on your background, interests, and our current team needs.
This role is built for recent college graduates who are curious, eager to learn, and ready to grow into professional software engineers with the support of experienced mentors. You'll be treated as a full member of the team from day one: attending standups, participating in code reviews, and owning real deliverables that reach customers globally.
Key Responsibilities
  • Build with cutting-edge AI: Leverage the latest AI models to rapidly prototype, develop, and iterate on next-generation security products, APIs, and MCP servers.
  • Deploy at startup speed: Collaborate within small, agile product teams alongside other top-notch product engineers to test new ideas and push code to production on a weekly-or even daily-basis.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field

  • Basic understanding of databases and SQL
  • Comfort using Linux and running shell commands
  • Familiarity with Git or another version control system

The compensation for this full time salaried role ranges between $70,000-$80,000.
