What YOU Will Do:

  • Perform all stages of drywall installation and finishing with a particular emphasis on expertise in rebar and concrete applications. Demonstrate extensive experience in various types and scales of residential drywall finishing, including a proven track record in rebar and concrete projects
  • thoroughly inspect drywall surfaces for imperfections such as screw heads, misaligned joints, and poor hanging, marking surfaces appropriately before commencement
  • Ensure flawless drywall joints, proficiently eliminate air bubbles, prevent blistering of tapes, and achieve tight finishes around switch and receptacle boxes
  • Install corner bead, trim beads, and reveal beads with precision, aligning them straight, plumb, and securely using string lines, laser equipment, square, or straight edge
  • Independently manage tasks on job sites, showcasing the ability to work autonomously and efficiently. Possess the skills required to patch and repair existing drywall, restoring it to a like-new appearance, with a specific focus on rebar and concrete applications

What We Need from YOU:

  • 2 years of hands-on experience in drywall repairs and installations, with a strong emphasis on rebar and concrete projects minimum
  • Proficient use of stilts, baker scaffolding, and ladders, prioritizing safety in all operations
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is a plus, enhancing communication capabilities across diverse teams and projects
  • Must pass a motor vehicle & background check and drug screen
  • Superb customer service skills, honesty, dependability, and reliability
  • Physical dexterity
