Whether you are a seasoned expert or a passionate newcomer, we provide the structure, systems, and support necessary to excel in a high-volume environment. Our agents typically close 2–3 transactions per month within their first 60 days on the team.

Your Role

  1. Respond promptly and professionally to inbound lead opportunities

  5. Collaborate with team leadership and peers to continuously enhance performance


Requirements

  1. Active California Real Estate License
  2. Motivated, coachable, and goal-oriented mindset
  3. Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  4. Organized, tech-savvy, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
  5. Previous experience with online leads or a desire to master lead conversion systems
