Job description

Executive Residential Care (RCFE) Administrator – Boutique Campus

Company: Crest Home For the Elderly

Location: Norco, CA

Salary: $60,000 - $100,000 / year (Dependent on Experience)

Job Type: Full-Time (Oversight of two local boutique properties)

The Opportunity: Trade Corporate Chaos for Community Leadership

Are you a certified RCFE Administrator tired of the endless corporate red tape, massive 100+ bed facility burnout, and feeling disconnected from your residents and staff?

Welcome to Crest Home For the Elderly. We are offering an incredible leadership opportunity to run our highly rated, boutique senior living campus in Norco. We operate two intimate, beautifully maintained residential care properties located less than a mile apart—one 29-bed facility and one 15-bed facility.

As our Executive Administrator, you will have true operational autonomy to lead a dedicated care team, maintain impeccable state compliance, and directly impact the lives of our residents (ages 60+) in a warm, neighborhood setting.

What’s In It For You?

  • Strong Compensation: $80,000 to $100,000 base salary based on experience.
  • A Manageable Footprint: Ditch the overwhelming corporate layout. Managing two small, local properties means you can actually maintain eyes on all operations and build true team cohesion.
  • Autonomy & Voice: Work closely with supportive ownership who value your expertise and will back your operational decisions.
  • True Local Impact: Lead a proud, community-centered team in a beautiful Norco location.

Key Responsibilities:

You will serve as the designated licensee representative and fully run the day-to-day business, clinical, and cultural operations of both properties.

  • Operational Leadership: Direct and oversee all daily operations, scheduling, and staff management across our 29-bed and 15-bed homes.
  • Regulatory Mastery: Ensure absolute, flawless compliance with California Department of Social Services (CDSS) Title 22 regulations. Serve as the primary point of contact for state licensing analysts.
  • Staff Mentorship: Recruit, onboard, train, and inspire our CNAs and caregiving team, fostering a culture of empathy, dignity, and reliability.
  • Resident & Family Relations: Oversee pre-admission assessments, customize individualized care plans, and build trusting partnerships with residents' families.
  • Quality Assurance: Supervise clinical documentation, medication management systems, dietary programs, and facility safety audits.

What We Are Looking For:

  • Active California RCFE Administrator Certification (Absolute Requirement).
  • Proven Track Record: Minimum 1–2 years of successful experience running an RCFE facility with a strong history of clean state surveys.
  • Title 22 Expert: Deep, actionable knowledge of DSS regulations, medication protocols, and licensing standards.
  • Leadership Traits: A collaborative leader who leads by example, resolves conflict with grace, and commands respect from staff and families.
  • Compliance Ready: Must have an active Live Scan clearance (DOJ/FBI) and a current physical/TB clearance.
