FYZICAL Therapy & Balance Centers is seeking a full-time or part-time Physical Therapist to join our team! (pelvic floor experience or desire to be trained in this area is required)

Our clinic hours can be flexible but currently is 8am -5 pm Monday through Thursday and 8 am- 2 PM on Fridays. Friday afternoons and weekends are closed which makes for a great schedule. Your Responsibilities

·         Perform new-patient evaluations/exams

  • Diagnose patients; evaluate physical activity limitations
  • Create a plan that sets a goal and completion date
  • Equip patients with PT intervention techniques/exercises; track progress
  • Provide education to patients on techniques for the continuation of care
  • Examine and evaluate new patients
  • Establish a diagnosis of condition or conditions and their impact on activity
  • Establish a plan goal and time frame
  • Prescribe intervention techniques and exercises
  • Measure and track intervention effectiveness
  • Educate the patient on continuing care

Your Required Skills, Education, Licensure

  • Accredited PT program graduate
  • Up-to-date state PT license
  • Able to create and implement outpatient balance and vestibular rehabilitation-setting treatment plans
  • Ability to work efficiently/effectively in an autonomous environment
  • Graduation from an accredited PT program and current PT license in TX
  • Must be able to carry out and progress a skilled treatment plan
  • Must be self-motivated with a willingness to learn
  • Passion for working with pelvic health (does not have to be 100% pelvic health can have mixture of other dx including neuro/balance/vestibular and ortho).
  • Prefer at least one year working in outpatient therapy, pelvic health experience is not required but desire to be trained must be present 

Compensation:

Based on experience $75,000 for full time + paid vacation + paid holidays+ 401K matching
