Responsibilities

WHAT YOU'LL DO AS A CANYON RANCH COLLEAGUE:

  • Work with fresh, clean, organic ingredients using techniques and presentations that define Canyon Ranch cuisine.
  • Contribute to the evolution of the culinary culture at the Spicewood location.
  • Apply a philosophy of hand-crafted, sustainable, and health-conscious cuisine, emphasizing locavore practices.
  • Ensure all presentations are clean, visually appealing, and reflective of contemporary culinary trends.
  • Collaborate and engage with team members to foster lasting, high-performing culinary teams.

Qualifications

WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL:

  • 1-5 years of experience in an industrial cooking environment, quick dining, or completion of culinary school.
  • Demonstrate a passion for learning and a desire to grow within a professional culinary team.
  • Show enthusiasm for creating meals and managing multiple tasks in a dynamic kitchen environment.
  • Commitment, energy, and a team-oriented mindset for a fast-paced culinary setting.
  • ServSafe Handlers License (Texas) is required.
  • Applicants must be 18 years of age or older.

WHAT YOU'LL RECEIVE AS A CANYON RANCH COLLEAGUE:

  • Use of services and facilities including the spa, fitness classes, lectures, and overnight stays at all Canyon Ranch locations nationwide.
  • Generous health plan including Health, Dental and Vision after 30 days of employment.
  • 25 Days of personal and holiday time off (vacation, sick and holidays)
