Job Location: Columbus, OH 43204 Position Type: Full Time Salary Range: $58,905.00 - $75,000.00 SalaryTravel Percentage: 10 - 20%

The Buckeye Ranch is seeking a Clinical Supervisor of Academics & Integrated Supports to join our Education/Bonner Academy department. The Clinical Supervisor of Academics & Integrated Supports is responsible for providing clinical leadership, oversight, supervision, consultation, and support to Day Treatment Teachers, Clinicians, and multidisciplinary treatment teams serving Day Treatment clients. This role also provides direct clinical support to Day Treatment clients as needed. Additionally, the Clinical Supervisor offers consultation and support to Teachers assigned to Residential Services and serves as a liaison between the organization and clients' home school districts. Supervisory responsibilities may be adjusted based on the development of new Day Treatment contracts, partnerships, and program needs.

QualificationsWho you are:
  • You have a master's degree in social work, counseling, or related field.
  • You have three years of experience as a Clinician, Social Worker, Counselor, or Therapist.
  • You have an active Ohio LISW, LPCC, or IMFT. Supervisory designation preferred.
  • You have an active driver's license and proof of auto insurance.
