Job description

Position Details:

This direct hire role is full-time and performs facility support/coordination services work. Hours will range within M-F 7:00AM- 4:00PM daily Monday through Friday. No standing nights, or weekends. All support and work will be in the Grand Rapids location. Business casual dress code and standards are required.

Hourly Compensation(annualized): $60,000.00 to $66,000.00 annually, DOE. Approved overtime included for project needs.

This direct hire role is a full time Site Manager/Facility Leader and performs office and facility support services work. Hours will range within M-F 7:00AM- 4:00PM:

  • Provide high levels of customer care and a friendly, cooperative attitude
  • Manage facility needs including HVAC support, Building repairs, Vendor coordination and Facility access/alarm systems

  • Operate sit-down and stand-up forklift as needed
  • Assist with annual budget planning process for departments supported

  • Work with vendors for new capital projects

  • Data Entry Handle time-sensitive material like confidential, urgent packages

    Maintain all logs and reporting documentation; attention to detail

  • Shipping & Receiving coordination, ordering supplies
  • Perform other tasks as assigned

Qualifications:

  • Must have access to reliable transportation 
  • High school diploma or equivalent (GED) - College Degree is a plus
  • Customer Service/Facility Management background preferred
  • Professional appearance and demeanor
  • Keyboarding and Windows environment PC skills
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
  • Ability to effectively work individually or in a team environment
  • Lifting up to 55 pounds
