Outpatient Physical Therapist

Hourly Rate: $44.00 – $52.00 per hour

Position Summary
A metro Chicago hospital is seeking a full-time Outpatient Physical Therapist to provide diagnostic, consultative, and treatment services for pediatric outpatient clients. This role is located near Blue Island, IL. Candidates with ortho/neuro outpatient experience are strongly preferred. Join a collaborative healthcare environment dedicated to delivering high-quality pediatric therapy services.

Responsibilities
• Schedule / Shift

  • Shift details: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM with paid 30-minute lunch
  • Hours per week: 32–40 hours
  • Contract length: Immediate start through September 2026

• Key Duties:

  • Provide physical therapy treatment planning and interventions for ortho/neuro outpatient clients
  • Deliver diagnostic, consultative, and therapeutic services in accordance with clinical standards
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care and progress
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to support patient outcomes
  • Perform additional duties as assigned within the outpatient setting

Requirements

• Education
