As a Quality Assurance Architect - Test Data Management within PNC's Technology - Solution Delivery Enablement (SDE) organization, you will be based in Pittsburgh, PA, Strongsville, OH, Birmingham, AL, Dallas, TX, Denver, CO, or Phoenix, AZ.
As a Quality Assurance Architect - Test Data Management (TDM), you are responsible for designing and guiding how test data is safely created, protected, and delivered across non-production environments. This role focuses on establishing the technical architecture and standards that enable the scalable, compliant, and efficient use of test data across the bank.
As a Quality Assurance Architect - Test Data Management (TDM), responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Developing enterprise-level architectures and design patterns for test data management
Establishing technical standards and guardrails for data masking, subsetting, synthetic data generation, and data refresh processes
Ensuring that test data solutions are inherently secure, compliant, and audit-ready by design
Providing technical guidance to ensure consistent adoption and implementation of TDM standards across teams
Supporting enterprise TDM transformation initiatives and contributing to platform evaluation and selection efforts
Candidates must demonstrate the following qualifications:
Demonstrated experience designing and delivering Test Data Management (TDM) solutions within an enterprise environment
Hands-on experience or solution design expertise in data masking, subsetting, and/or synthetic data generation
Strong understanding of data privacy, security, and regulatory requirements applicable to non-production environments
Proven ability to design and implement end-to-end test data flows, including data sourcing, protection, and provisioning
Experience partnering effectively with application, Quality Engineering (QE), infrastructure, and security teams
Enterprise-focused mindset, with the ability to design scalable, reusable, and standardized solutions
Experience with enterprise-level TDM tools such as Informatica TDM, Broadcom, Delphix, or comparable platformsPNC is an in-office company that fosters a supportive culture where employees can thrive and achieve balance.   • Responsible for development and support of processes, practices and tools necessary to produce quality products/services and to manage risk.
  • Researches and recommends hardware and software purchases for software quality assurance program. Selects and implements formal QA methodologies.
  • Architects and implements agile testing practices and tools. Evaluates, recommends and implements enterprise-wide defect-tracking software.
  • Assists in planning and estimation of Quality Assurance support for new programs and projects. Conducts audits and reviews.
  • Supports Quality Assurance specialists on programs or projects. Conducts program reviews and complex process audits.
