Licensed Psychologist – Traveling Disability Evaluations (Testing Required)


Virginia | Hampton, Richmond/Glen Allen, Virginia Beach & Chesapeake | Full-Time (5 Days/Week)

The IMA Group is seeking a Licensed Psychologist (PhD or PsyD) for a full-time traveling role (5 days per week) conducting psychological disability evaluations across multiple Virginia locations. This is an assessment-only position focused on testing and report writing—no therapy, treatment planning, or medication management.

Locations Covered:

  • Richmond/Glen Allen
  • Virginia Beach
  • Chesapeake
  • Hampton

Providers will travel between assigned sites Monday–Friday based on scheduling needs.

Compensation

  • $125,000 annually

What You'll Do

  • Conduct psychological disability evaluations for all ages (pediatric through adult)
  • Administer and interpret psychological and cognitive testing
  • Complete timely, objective, and detailed evaluation reports
  • Work independently across multiple Virginia locations

Requirements

  • Active Virginia Psychologist License (PhD or PsyD)
  • Experience with psychological testing and evaluations
  • Ability to evaluate patients across the lifespan
  • Strong clinical documentation and report writing skills
  • Willingness to travel between locations 5 days per week
  • Own office preferred; however, Regus office space is available in all markets
  • Must be comfortable working independently
