Key Responsibilities You'll Excel In:
  • Evaluate and interpret complex prints and CAD files, ensuring accuracy
  • Create highly efficient and repeatable toolpaths using CAM software
  • Set up and operate advanced 3-axis and 5-axis CNC mills and lathes
  • Conduct precise inspections to ensure parts meet internal quality standards
  • Maintain high productivity, consistently meeting deadlines while maintaining exceptional quality
  • Continuously learn new skills and stay updated with industry advancements

What You Bring to the Table:
To be considered, we're looking for someone with a strong background in machining, but more importantly, someone who is passionate about growing within a collaborative, innovative environment:
  • Must-Haves:
    • U.S. Citizenship or Green Card holder (ITAR compliance)
    • Ability to lift 50 lbs and pass a drug screen and background check
    • High school diploma (or equivalent)
    • 3+ years of experience with CNC mills and lathes (setup, programming, and operation)
    • 3+ years of CAD/CAM experience
    • Strong knowledge of GD&T and proficiency with G&M codes
    • Expertise in tooling types, measuring techniques, and machining processes
  • Extra Skills That Will Make You Shine:
    • Experience in LEAN Manufacturing or 5S
    • Familiarity with ISO9001 or AS9100D standards
    • Expertise in 5-axis milling, high-speed machining, micro tooling, robotic automation, and manual milling
    • Experience with tight tolerances (e.g., .0005"), 3D profiling, Wire EDM, and Abrasive Waterjet
