Job description

This is a full-time NIGHT shift position.

Part-time and Full-time roles are eligible for a $30,000 sign-on bonus (available through 9/30/2026). This position is also referral eligible.

This position is referral bonus eligible and currently qualifies for a NEW hourly location differential in addition to standard shift and holiday differentials. More details about this information will be provided during the interview process.

RN's specialize in providing highly skilled, complex care to surgical oncology patients on this unit. Nurses also serve ENT, Thoracic, Urology, Plastics, and General surgery patients. The patient population includes those that are critically ill and require ventilation, vasopressors, continuous dialysis, and therapeutic specialty beds. 

We are looking for someone who exhibits strong initiative, compassion, high integrity, and collaboration to join this high functioning team.

Shift: Full-time nights

Qualifications:

  • Requires an Associates of Nursing (ASN); Bachelors of Nursing (BSN) preferred.
  • Requires an active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Indiana or an active Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) RN license.
  • Requires that the RN has graduated from a nationally accredited nursing program.
  • Requires Basic Life Support certification through the AHA.
  • Other advanced Life Support certifications may be required per unit/department specialty according to patient care policies.
