Clinical Team Manager (RN) – Home Health

Location: Clearwater, FL
Schedule: Full-Time
Compensation: $85,000 - $90,000 Base Salary


Our client is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join its leadership team as a Clinical Team Manager. This is a primarily office-based role located in Clearwater, Florida, with occasional field visits to support clinicians and patients throughout the service area.


This opportunity is ideal for an experienced Medicare Home Health RN who is ready to take the next step into leadership or a current clinical leader looking to join a stable, patient-focused organization. The Clinical Team Manager serves as a key resource for field staff, supports day-to-day clinical operations, and helps ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care.


Responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day leadership and support to an interdisciplinary clinical team
  • Assist with staffing coordination and clinical workflow management
  • Monitor patient care delivery to ensure quality outcomes and regulatory compliance
  • Serve as a resource for clinicians regarding patient care concerns and clinical decision-making
  • Communicate with physicians and other healthcare providers regarding patient needs and care plans
  • Support onboarding, training, mentoring, and development of clinical staff
  • Review clinical documentation for accuracy, completeness, and compliance
  • Assist with performance improvement initiatives and quality assurance activities
  • Participate in occasional field visits to support staff and patient care needs


Qualifications

  • Active Florida Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing
  • Minimum one year of Medicare Home Health experience required
  • Previous leadership, supervisory, or case management experience preferred
  • Strong understanding of Medicare home health regulations and documentation requirements
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to lead, coach, and motivate a clinical team
  • Comfortable working in both office and field-based environments as needed
