Out-Patientย RN with a dynamic personality for building relationships. Very professional withย a passion for educating others. Astute clinician that will be responsible for Admissions, and will assist with pronouncements, discharges and assessments.

Qualifications:
  • Licensed RN in the State of Texasย - required
  • 1+ ย years'ย experience as a RN - preferred
  • Experience with Hospice or Home Health - preferred
  • Experience in Admissions required
  • Effective written and verbal communication
  • The ability to travel usingย reliable transportation
  • Clean background,ย drug screen, and driving record
