Job Description
NAOVI is seeking a Systems Integrator for the following task:
Required Skills
  • All candidates will need to currently possess an Active TSSCI w/FS polygraph for consideration of this position. Required
  • At this time our company Does Not offer clearance sponsorships for any of our positions.
  • Demonstrated experience working requirements related to data collection and exploitation workflows.
  • Demonstrated experience leading agile development teams.
  • Demonstrated experience working with diverse user bases with varying levels of comfort with data and technology; understanding user needs and tailoring user assistance specifically to the needs of the user.
  • Demonstrated experience guiding and training users in best practices in how to use enterprise technologies or applications.
  • Demonstrated experience presenting, documenting, and maintaining instructions for using new technologies and data-driven workflows.
  • Demonstrated experience decomposing user needs, drafting actionable requirements, and communicating requirements for technical solutions to development teams.

Desired Technologies/Tools
  • Demonstrated experience working agency requirements related to data collection and exploitation workflows.
  • Demonstrated experience tailoring user assistance specifically to the needs of the user, whether in one-to-one interactions or in larger, multi-user venues.; online and in-person.

  • Demonstrated experience working closely together to collaborate on, deploy to production, and maintain applications for the agency.

  • Experience devising, communicating, and coordinating data exploitation workflow and technical solutions to open-source challenges with technology end users.
  • Experience communicating user stories and requirements to the agency's main technology group for prioritization and execution.
