They believe in promoting from within and are highly focused on the growth of their team.

As a Production Specialist, you will be responsible for setting up blending equipment and performing all activities related to the blending of products following formula instructions.

This is a fun and supportive team that celebrates monthly birthdays, serves breakfast for the entire team every Thursday, and fosters a positive work environment.

Production Specialist Job Duties:

  • Operate blending manufacturing machines and perform routine maintenance.

  • Conduct weighing operations.

  • Test and document results.

  • Maintain inventory control.

Production Specialist Requirements:

  • 6 months - 1 year of previous production experience (food production preferred).

  • Basic math skills and ability to operate a calculator.

  • Ability to lift 30 lbs repeatedly, 50 lbs frequently, and 75 lbs with assistance.

  • Adherence to GMP practices.

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 6am-230pmPay: $21–23/hourBenefits Offered by Verstela to Temporary Employees:
