First Response Solution - Security Officer (Commissioned/Non-Commissioned)

Position Type: Part and Full Time

Pay Rate: starting pay at $12/hour (DOE)

Responsibilities:

  • Patrol and monitor assigned posts to prevent and detect security breaches.
  • Enforce client-specific rules and regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.
  • Conduct regular checks of assigned areas to ensure safety and security.
  • Respond to alarms, emergencies, and other security incidents, providing assistance and maintaining composure under pressure.
  • Maintain accurate logs and reports, documenting all relevant activities and observations.
  • Uphold composure and analytical thinking in the face of unforeseen incidents or critical situations.
  • Prioritize the well-being of the location and its inhabitants, demonstrating an adaptability and resourcefulness to address and mitigate concerns.

Qualifications:

  • Candidates should anticipate a drug test, contingent upon legal parameters, as a prerequisite for employment consideration.

  • Ability to stand, walk, or run for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
  • Previous security experience preferred but not required.
