Job description

We are looking to welcome a cheerful, health-minded dental hygienist onto our small, private practice team in beautiful Oconomowoc, Wisconsin. If you're someone who loves serving others and being surrounded by down-to-earth people who have your back, this may be a great opportunity for you! This position is ideal for someone who needs few hours per week, but values the consistency and quality of a dental home.
This position is full-time: Mon, Tue, Wed, 8AM-4PM, with a 12PM-1PM lunch break. Thurs and Fri are 8AM-1PM. We are open to building a different schedule within our current clinic hours for the right candidate.
Benefits:
  • Training in chair side microscope saliva analysis.
  • Biological dental hygiene training provided.
  • No-drama, no-ego team culture.
  • Strong focus on hospitality, quality dentistry, and root cause care.
  • 1-hour adult recall appointments, emphasis on patient relationships.
  • Competitive pay.

Our ideal candidate:
  • Is interested in natural medicine and a wellness-centered lifestyle.
  • Loves people and enjoys life as much as we do - connecting with our patients is a must.
  • Is a team player who cherishes relationships with coworkers.

What do we love most about our practice? Our cozy atmosphere, down-to-earth team, and creative, values-based team culture led by the energetic Dr. Katherine Knabe. Our hygiene experience is entirely unique to southern Wisconsin, as we use chair side microscopy to view saliva and gain health insights at our cleaning appointments! We are a small, tight-knit team laying the groundwork for a full-service, multi-specialty patient experience in biological dentistry.
Interested candidates are encouraged to reach out to Dr. Knabe to discuss the position.
At Apollonia Dental Wellness, our mission is to nurture oral health as the gateway to a thriving body and a peaceful mind, one personal touch at a time.
