Job description

We are a growing company, currently seeking hard-working, dependable leaders to join our team. Pruning Crew Supervisors are critical members of our team, ensuring our customers’ vision for a beautiful landscape beds. If you love caring for plants and coaching others, with great precision and efficiency, this challenging position is right for you!

We are looking for Pruning Crew Supervisors who have experience in:
● supervising and managing landscape crews
● overseeing jobs are performed in accordance with industry and company standards
● communicating plans and production goals with crew members
● ensuring all safety and maintenance procedures are followed
● tracking crew hours worked
● maintaining a clean worksite
● completing paperwork and information pertaining to job
● interacting with clients to ensure job satisfaction
Applicants must:
● have 1-3 years of experience managing landscape crews
● have knowledge and experience trimming shrubs, trees, plant identification and cleaning up beds.
● be able to lift 50 pounds
● be able to operate standard landscaping machinery such as riding mowers, trimmers, and blowers
● maintain a regular, dependable attendance record
● be able to work variable hours which may include weekends, holidays and overtime
● be comfortable working in a variety of weather conditions
