We are seeking a skilled and motivated Business Intelligence (BI) Developer / Data Analyst to join our team. This role requires a strong background in data visualization, analysis, and report generation. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to gather data requirements, develop compelling insights, and create actionable dashboards and reports that support business decision-making. What You Will Do:

  • Gather, aggregate, and manage data from various sources, including SQL databases, Oracle databases, SharePoint, flat files, and other structured or unstructured formats.

  • Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards, reports, and visualizations using tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar.

  • Develop and maintain SQL queries, stored procedures, and scripts to extract, transform, and manipulate data.

  • Analyze and interpret complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights that inform business decisions.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to understand data needs and provide tailored, data-driven solutions.

  • Ensure the accuracy, integrity, and security of data in all aggregation, analysis, and visualization activities.

  • Continuously improve data aggregation and visualization processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

  • Participate in data governance and quality initiatives to uphold high standards of data management.

Qualifications You Must Have:

  • Typically requires a University degree or equivalent experience and a minimum of 5 years of prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years experience.

  • U.S. Citizen - U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract.

  • Experience in one or more of the following data visualization, report development, and business intelligence.

  • Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI, or similar.

Qualifications We Prefer:

The salary range for this role is 86,800 USD - 165,200 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
