Position – Production Machine Operator

Job Location – Sussex, WI

Starting Date – Immediate

Employment Term – Temp-to-Hire

Employment Type – Full-Time

Work Hours (Shift) – 1st Shift (6:00am – 2:30pm), OT to 3:30 P.M

Starting Pay – Depends on Experience, $17-$21 per hour

Benefits – Medical, Vision, Dental, 401(K), Paid Vacation, Paid Holidays, Referral Bonus

Required Education – High School Diploma/GED

Required Experience – 1 year of experience preferred


Production Machine Operator is responsible for operating mechanical and hydraulic stamping press equipment and operating 5-axis laser cutting machines


Responsibilities

-Load and unload metal material into machine bed

-Position, align, and secure material against fixtures or stops

-Evaluate part quality using check aids and/or visual inspection

-Ensure proper tagging of finished parts for correct routing and counts

-Keep accurate part and scrap counts, record on data collection system at end of job or shift

-Follow safety rules and ISO requirements

-Maintain a clean work area and perform other duties as needed


Qualifications

-HS Diploma/GED required

-At least 2 year of experience preferred

-Exceptional attention to detail and mechanical aptitude are must haves

-Team player and able to work in a manufacturing setting
