Job description

Strategic Fractional CFO – Drive Growth & Build Value

Are you a high-impact finance leader with a proven ability to guide business strategy, optimize financial performance, and drive sustainable growth? If so, we want to meet you.

At Venturity, we partner with privately held, growth-stage companies to provide strategic accounting and finance services that make a lasting impact. Our Fractional CFOs go beyond financial oversight—they serve as trusted advisors, working closely with owners and CEOs to elevate operations and maximize value.

What You’ll Do

  • Act as a strategic partner, translating financial data into actionable insights that drive decision-making.
  • Oversee financial health across multiple clients, focusing on cash flow management, profitability, and long-term growth.
  • Lead key financial initiatives, including capital planning, transaction support, and KPI development.
  • Collaborate with Controllers, Implementation Directors, and offshore teams to align financial strategy with operational goals.
  • Identify operational inefficiencies and implement scalable processes for sustainable success.

What Makes You a Great Fit

  • 5-7+ years of CFO experience, ideally in multi-entity or private equity-backed environments.
  • Expertise in budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and capital raising.
  • Strong executive-level communication skills with a strategic, solutions-focused mindset.
  • Ability to develop scalable financial operations and lead cross-functional teams.
  • CPA designation preferred but not required.
  • Experience in M&A transactions, high-growth companies, and diverse industries is a plus.
  • Audit background helpful.

What We Offer

  • Competitive Revenue-Share Compensation
  • Profit Sharing & ESOP Participation (starting Day 1, with 6-Year Vesting)
  • 100% Company-Paid Medical and Dental Benefits
  • Matching 401(k) Plan, 100% Vested Immediately
  • Engaging, collaborative work environment

If you’re an intuitive, action-oriented leader who values integrity, trust, and exceptional client experiences, we’d love to connect. Apply now and help us redefine financial leadership.
