Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM-5:00 PM or 7:00 PM-5:00 AM
Job Type: Full-Time

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and dependable Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse operations and ensure work is completed safely, accurately, and efficiently. The ideal candidate will have previous warehouse or logistics leadership experience and strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse activities
  • Lead and support warehouse employees to meet productivity and quality goals
  • Assign tasks and monitor employee performance
  • Oversee receiving, shipping, loading, unloading, and material movement
  • Ensure products and materials are handled and stored properly
  • Monitor inventory and help maintain accurate records
  • Train employees on safety procedures and proper equipment operation
  • Enforce company safety policies and warehouse procedures
  • Address operational issues and communicate concerns to management
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
  • Assist with forklift and general warehouse operations as needed
  • Complete other duties as assigned
