You will be working onsite at our modern rehabilitation center in Herndon, Virginia. • Conduct thorough assessments to develop and implement individualized treatment plans that address patients' functional limitations.
• Deliver exceptional care by utilizing a variety of therapeutic modalities, including manual therapy and exercise prescription, to facilitate recovery.
• Maintain a manageable patient caseload, ensuring adequate time is allocated for each patient's session to maximize therapeutic benefits.
• Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team, including physicians, occupational therapists, and other healthcare providers, to ensure coordinated care.
• Educate patients about their conditions and treatment options, providing them with strategies to manage their symptoms and achieve their health goals.
• Incorporate evidence-based practices into daily treatment to ensure that all interventions are grounded in the latest research.
• Track and document patient progress meticulously using electronic medical records (EMR), specifically Web PT, to ensure accurate reporting and continuity of care.
• Motivate patients during their rehabilitation journey, fostering a supportive and optimistic environment.
• Encourage the adoption of a healthy lifestyle among patients, including fitness and wellness recommendations tailored to individual capabilities.
• Regularly evaluate the effectiveness of treatment and modify plans as necessary to achieve optimal outcomes.

The primary focus of your work will be with adults and active individuals seeking rehabilitation after injuries or surgeries. Our patient population is diverse, ranging from athletes recovering from sports-related injuries to older adults seeking to improve mobility and balance. Your role will directly impact their recovery processes, enhancing their skills and confidence to return to their daily activities.

• Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy or completion of a Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) is required.
• Active Physical Therapist license for the state of Virginia, with no history of sanctions or formal complaints.
• Proficient in multiple manual therapy techniques and exercise programs that facilitate patient recovery.
• Experience and proficiency in using EMR software, particularly Web PT, for documentation and patient management.
• Strong knowledge of current physical therapy research and methodologies to ensure effective practice.

• Previous experience in an outpatient clinical setting is highly desirable.
• Demonstrated success in developing and executing individualized rehabilitation programs.
• Exemplary communication skills to foster positive relationships with patients and team members.

Transcend Physical Therapy Gym offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 100,000 to USD 120,000 per year, commensurate with experience. In addition to a comprehensive compensation package, employees benefit from opportunities for continuing education, professional development, and health insurance options.
