What does a full time photographer do?

A full time photographer is a professional who captures images for a variety of purposes, such as events, portraits, commercial products, or editorial content. Their job involves planning and setting up photo shoots, using cameras and lighting equipment, editing photos, and delivering the final images to clients. Full time photographers may work independently as freelancers or be employed by studios, media companies, or other organizations. They often manage their own schedules, handle client communications, and stay up to date with the latest photography techniques and technology.

What are the key skills and qualifications needed to thrive as a full time photographer?

A Full Time Photographer needs strong technical proficiency in camera operation, lighting, and composition, typically supported by a portfolio and sometimes a relevant degree or certification. WHAT YOU WILL DO

Capture high-quality real estate photography that makes listings stand out and drives engagement

Film cinematic walkthroughs, lifestyle content, and brand media that tells a story and moves people to act

Create content for listings, social media, events, and behind-the-scenes marketing

Edit quickly, cleanly, and consistently using our systems and standards

Upload and deliver all media same day with accuracy and attention to detail

Represent the brand in person with clients, sellers, and team members

Assist with signage and lockbox placement when needed

Contribute to building one of the most elite real estate media libraries on the East Coast

WHAT WE PROVIDE

Professional cameras, drones, lenses, and full media equipment

Editing software and structured systems

Step-by-step training on real estate media and content standards

A high-volume environment to accelerate your growth and skill development

A brand with reach, distribution, and real marketing power

Leadership, feedback, and coaching to help you improve fast

You are not figuring this out alone.

You are stepping into a system.

WHO THIS IS FOR

You take pride in your work and care about the details

You want to get better, not just get by

You can take feedback without ego and implement it quickly

You thrive in a fast-paced, high-performance environment

You are reliable, resourceful, and consistent

You are passionate about photography, video, and storytelling

You want to be part of a team that is building something real

Real estate experience is not required.

We will train the right person.

WHO THIS IS NOT FOR

People who want slow, easy work

People who resist feedback

People who lack urgency or attention to detail

People who want to stay average

This is a performance environment.

Compensation:

$15 hourly + Bonuses

Responsibilities:

Your Role

  • Take jaw-dropping photographs of homes and spaces that sell with a creative eye for details that make buyers click “book a showing.”
  • Meet clients and brokers with poise, charisma, and professionalism—you're not just a photographer; you're an ambassador of our brand.
  • Manage and upload digital assets same day—because speed and quality go hand in hand in our game.
  • Edit photos quickly and efficiently.
  • From living rooms to events, every shot counts, and you know how to tell a story with your lens.
  • Deliver and install lockboxes and signage.
  • We have drones, cameras, lenses, software, and more.
  • We are looking for someone looking to grow!

Qualifications:

What You Bring

  • Technical skill—you’re not just good with a camera; you understand software and platforms and have mobile tech savvy.
  • You’ve got a clean driving record and reliable transportation because every battle needs the right logistics.
  • You handle feedback like a champion—adjusting on the fly and growing stronger with every piece of input.
  • You’re coachable. We don’t hire people who think they know everything. We hire people who are obsessed with improvement.
  • You’ve got a growth mindset. Stagnation? That’s for other people. Here, we rise.
  • You are willing to learn, connect with a great team, and bring excellence to clients.
  • You like to be a part of a great culture of winning and having fun!
  • Experience in Photography, video, podcasts, or any type of multimedia is a must.
