This hands-on role focuses on photography, videography, and social content creation. You will regularly shoot store teams, so personality and energy matter just as much as technical skill.

  • Produce weekly podcast-style content
  • Manage social media calendars, captions, engagement, and basic analytics

We need someone with real social content personality who is also skilled behind the camera. You must be:

  • Outgoing and personable — your energy directly affects how comfortable and natural team members feel on camera
  • Organized and direct when leading shoots
  • Comfortable appearing on camera yourself (strong bonus)
  • Experienced in food photography and short-form video (1–3+ years preferred)
  • Proficient with cameras, lighting, and editing tools (Adobe Suite, CapCut, etc.)
  • Able to work regularly at Spokane-area stores

Location requirement: Must be based in the Spokane / Coeur d’Alene area. This is not a remote role.

Compensation

  • Hourly: $22–$28 per hour, or
  • Salary: $50,000–$60,000 annually (based on experience)
  • Some light travel to new cities and regions needed, as the company grows

How to Apply

Submit your resume, portfolio (or links to your social media content/work samples), and a brief note about why you’d be a great fit. Strong food photography and video examples are required.
