RV PDI Technician (Pre Delivery Inspection)
Miller's RV
Do you enjoy working hands on with RVs and take pride in making sure everything is perfect before it reaches a customer? If you are detail oriented, mechanically inclined, and confident inspecting RV systems, Miller's RV would love to meet you.
We are currently hiring 1 to 2 full time PDI Technicians to join our growing service team. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring every new and pre owned RV is fully inspected, safe, and customer ready before delivery. Your work directly impacts customer satisfaction and helps create great first impressions for our buyers.
What you will do
As a PDI Technician, you will complete detailed inspections and quality checks on RV units, including:
  • Electrical systems (12V and 110V)
  • Plumbing systems (fresh, grey, and black water)
  • HVAC and ventilation systems
  • Propane systems
  • Appliances, slide outs, awnings, leveling systems, and other RV components

You will also:
  • Identify and document warranty concerns and defects
  • Complete clear and accurate inspection reports in dealership software
  • Communicate findings with service advisors and the service team
  • Support minor adjustments or fixes when needed to complete unit readiness
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment
What we are looking for
  • Previous experience with RV PDIs, inspections, or RV technician work is an asset
  • Strong attention to detail and pride in quality workmanship
  • Good understanding of RV systems and how they operate
  • Ability to work independently and stay organized in a fast paced environment
  • Clear communication skills for documentation and teamwork
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
  • RVIA or RVDA certification is an asset but not required
