Role Description The Quality Inspector Level II role is a full-time, on-site position based in Brenham, TX. This role is responsible for performing FAIs, IPQC, and Final Inspections of PCB assemblies, cable assemblies, and box builds to ensure products meet company and customer quality standards. Day-to-day tasks include reviewing documentation and specifications, using inspection tools and equipment, recording inspection results, and identifying nonconformities for corrective action.
The Quality Inspector Level II collaborates with production and quality teams to resolve issues, supports continuous improvement initiatives, and helps maintain compliance with internal procedures and industry requirements. The role may also involve training team members on inspection practices and participating in audits as needed.
Qualifications
  • Strong Quality Control and Inspection skills, including experience with electronic assemblies and related documentation.
  • Knowledge of Quality Assurance and Quality Management principles, with the ability to follow and improve standardized processes.
  • Well-developed Analytical Skills for interpreting specifications, identifying defects, and recommending corrective actions.
  • Attention to detail and proficiency in using measurement tools and inspection equipment.
  • Ability to read and understand technical drawings, work instructions, and industry standards.
  • Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Previous experience in electronics manufacturing or a similar industrial environment is preferred.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; additional technical training or certifications in quality or electronics are beneficial.
