Job description

This is a full time, direct hire position. It'll Be Pizza is looking for a first shift, 3:00 pm to 11:30 pm, Team Member for our factory in Scarborough Maine. We are a family-owned company that makes quality products and is a great place to work.
The position of Packing Team Member requires a mature, professional, punctual individual who consistently exhibits sound judgment and a positive attitude in the workplace, whilst understanding It’ll Be Pizza operating procedures and standards. Key attributes of an individual in this position are willing to learn whilst maintaining a safe and clean working environment. Packing Team Members will work Monday through Friday, 3:00 pm to 11:30 pm (including some Saturdays), and report to the Department Supervisors, Director of Operations, and Assistant Director of Operations, and work cooperatively with all other Team Members.

Responsibilities (include but are not limited to):

  • Ability to count accurately.

Physical Requirements:
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, and reach constantly throughout the entire shift.
  • Ability to lift 50 lbs frequently.
  • Ability to work in hot and cold environments.
  • Ability to work occasional Saturdays and Sundays.
  • Stamina to work 40+ hours per week.
