Job description

Position Title: Fleet Readiness Center Southeast (FRCSE) Supervisor

Area of Requirement: Industrial Facility Maintenance (Building 277)

Scope of Position:

Provides full-time oversight for FRCSE Building 277 operations, working with a core crew familiar with FRCSE industrial facilities.

Tasks and Capabilities Required:

  • Coordinate facility maintenance tasks with Plant Services and multiple shop supervisors.
  • Oversee industrial facility maintenance, repairs, and operational support.
  • Track, report, and execute recurring work requirements at FRCSE facilities.

Mandatory Experience and Certifications:

  • Minimum five (5) years of experience managing facility maintenance in an industrial or manufacturing environment.
  • Must coordinate directly with FRCSE Plant Services.

Preferred/Desired Certifications:

  • Industrial maintenance certifications
  • CMMS/Maximo experience
  • OSHA 30
