We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Physical Therapist to join our team at Fit To Stretch Rehab Center, located in the heart of Carson City, Nevada. This full-time position requires a commitment to providing exceptional care in an outpatient rehabilitation setting, where you will have the opportunity to enhance the quality of life for patients recovering from injuries, surgeries, and various conditions affecting their mobility.

Work Environment

As a Physical Therapist at our facility, you will work onsite, directly engaging with patients in a supportive and dynamic clinic environment. The clinic operates Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, allowing for a stable work-life balance. Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations, assessing movement patterns and identifying areas of impairment.
  • Develop individualized treatment plans that incorporate patient-specific goals and evidence-based practices, including manual therapy techniques and therapeutic exercises.
  • Implement hands-on interventions and provide targeted exercises designed to improve functional outcomes and mobility.
  • Document patient progress, modifying treatment strategies as needed based on reassessment findings.
  • Educate patients and their families about injury prevention techniques and wellness strategies to ensure long-term health benefits.
  • Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team that includes physicians, physical therapy assistants, and occupational therapists to deliver coordinated care.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Our diverse patient population includes individuals recovering from sports injuries, post-operative rehabilitation, chronic pain management, and mobility issues related to various medical conditions. Qualifications
  • A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy; a Master's or Doctorate degree is preferred.
  • Current Nevada Physical Therapy license or the ability to obtain one prior to starting.
