• Conduct detailed evaluations of patients upon their arrival, assessing their physical condition, pain levels, and functional limitations to identify their specific needs.
• Develop and implement tailored treatment plans that incorporate a range of therapeutic modalities, including manual therapy techniques, therapeutic exercises, and educational components.
• Monitor patient progress and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans, utilizing patient feedback and assessment results to optimize outcomes.

• Document all treatment sessions accurately within our electronic health record (EHR) system to ensure compliance and continuity of care.

Our physical therapy clinic primarily serves an outpatient population, including individuals recovering from orthopedic injuries, surgeries, and various musculoskeletal conditions. You will work with diverse patient demographics, ranging from athletes seeking rehabilitation to older adults focusing on joint pain relief and mobility enhancement. Your role will be critical in crafting individual experiences that prioritize patient needs and goals, thereby fostering meaningful relationships that promote healing.

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program is required; candidates with a Master’s or Doctorate in Physical Therapy will be prioritized.
• Current Physical Therapist license in Nevada or eligibility, ensuring compliance with state regulations and standards.
• Strong commitment to improving patient outcomes through innovative and personalized care approaches.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with patients, families, and multidisciplinary teams.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in outpatient orthopedic settings is preferred, although new graduates are welcome and encouraged to apply.
