Work Environment

This full-time position is based onsite at our Las Vegas clinic, situated in a lively community that provides ample opportunities for outdoor activities and a balanced lifestyle. Our rehabilitation center features modern treatment rooms and a well-equipped gym dedicated to physical rehabilitation. You will have the opportunity to collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team, including occupational therapists, sports trainers, and administrative staff.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct initial patient assessments to evaluate physical functioning and mobility limitations, tailoring treatment plans to meet individual needs.
• Implement hands-on therapeutic interventions, including manual therapy techniques, therapeutic exercises, and neuromuscular re-education, while closely monitoring progress.
• Develop and teach patients effective exercise programs and self-management techniques to ensure sustained improvement beyond treatment sessions.
• Maintain detailed documentation of patient progress and treatment plans in compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.
• Participate in regular team meetings to discuss patient outcomes and adapt strategies for optimal recovery.

Patient Population / Client Focus

The ideal candidate will engage with a diverse patient population comprised of individuals recovering from orthopedic injuries, postoperative rehabilitation, sports injuries, and chronic pain conditions. You will be instrumental in helping our patients achieve their rehabilitation goals, utilizing evidence-based modalities and a holistic approach to treatment.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy.
• Nevada licensing or eligibility to obtain a license.
• Proven commitment to enhancing patient care and skilled in implementing a variety of therapeutic techniques.
• Strong communication skills to effectively educate and motivate patients through their recovery processes.

Preferred Experience

• A minimum of two years of clinical experience as a Physical Therapist in an outpatient orthopedic setting.
• Experience with electronic health records (EHR) systems to streamline documentation and communication.
• Familiarity with specialized treatments, such as sports rehabilitation or geriatric therapy, is advantageous but not mandatory.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive annual salary range of $95,000 to $110,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Additionally, you will receive a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
