Main responsibilities:

  • Design, develop and deploy AI agents using Oracle Fusion AI Agent Studio and Oracle Private Agent Factory.
  • Implement agentic workflows using Oracle Integration Cloud Agentic AI, including tool integrations, events, approvals, exception handling and human-in-the-loop processing.
  • Build RAG-enabled solutions using Oracle Database 26AI, vector search and approved enterprise knowledge sources.
  • Integrate AI agents with Oracle Fusion ERP and third-party applications using REST/SOAP APIs, Business Events, OIC adapters and secure service patterns.
  • Analyze functional and technical requirements, configure AI agents, develop integrations, perform unit testing, deploy to test and production environments and transition solutions to support groups.
  • Create and optimize prompts, agent instructions, tools, skills, knowledge grounding and response validation to improve accuracy and business usefulness.
  • Monitor, support and troubleshoot AI agents, OIC integrations and production issues, ensuring timely resolution and minimal disruption to business operations.
  • Ensure AI solutions are secure, scalable and aligned with enterprise governance, privacy, compliance, responsible AI and Oracle best practices.
  • Provide and keep up to date all relevant documents or artifacts including design documents, deployment notes, support procedures and operational runbooks.

Qualifications / Other Requirements

  • Experience developing Oracle Integration Cloud (Gen 3 preferred) integrations using file-based, app-driven, scheduled, real-time and event-based patterns.
  • Experience with OCI Generative AI, OCI AI Services, OCI Functions, OCI API Gateway and secure service invocation patterns.
  • Strong SQL and PL/SQL development skills with understanding of Oracle Fusion data models and cloud table structures.
  • Experience with Python or scripting for AI automation, testing or operational support is a plus.
  • Experience with Oracle Visual Builder, OIC Process Automation and Oracle Digital Assistant is a plus.
  • Experience integrating with Kafka Streaming or other event streaming platforms is a plus.
  • Oracle certifications in AI, OCI, OIC or Oracle Fusion technologies are an advantage.
  • Experience in Agile delivery and Scrum methodology.
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, troubleshooting and communication skills.

Skillset Requirements

  • 4+ years of Oracle Cloud development experience with hands-on AI-enabled application delivery.
  • Experience developing enterprise agents using Oracle Fusion AI Agent Studio.
  • Experience creating and deploying agents using Oracle Private Agent Factory (PAF).
  • Experience with OIC Agentic AI including tool invocation, orchestration, approvals and event-driven execution.
  • Strong understanding of Oracle Database 26AI capabilities including AI Vector Search, Vector
  • Indexes, Semantic Search, Select AI and RAG.
  • Strong understanding of prompt engineering, grounding, guardrails, response evaluation and responsible AI practices.
  • Integrating AI agents with Oracle Fusion Financials and related modules (AP / AR / GL / FA / PPM / Procurement).
  • Strong understanding of Oracle Fusion REST/SOAP APIs, Business Events, FBDI, ADF Services, BIP reports and PVOs.
